“Help me, Help you!”

I’ve been living like this for far too long, and I am really looking forward to upgrading my outlook on life. What I need is somebody who has imagination, foresight, great skills and a thirst for home renovation. I do not deny that I do have a few problems, such as my ceiling has collapsed, my floor is a bit creaky, my kitchen is old and run down and I have had a small termite invasion over my life. What I do have is two big bedrooms, a good sized lounge room and a good size kitchen/dining area. You may be thinking that you have to start from scratch but I assure you I believe my bones to be good. Better still, I have a great parcel of land equalling 2000m² approx. beneath me plus a further acre of lease. This will allow you to grow my size and for you to enjoy my surrounds. I am only a short distance from the great Loddon River and the terrific community of Newbridge, who like I, would love to see my renovation begin now! I have not priced myself beyond any reasonable offer, but I believe I am worth investing in.
